Canapés

Whilst guests at your event circulate, why not offer them a choice of canapés which can be served along with the welcome drinks to ensure everyone starts to unwind and really enjoy themselves. Gourmet catering

We have menu’s to kick-start your guest's dining experience with a wow. We will offer your guests the freshest and most beautifully presented starters. Our main courses are mouthwateringly delicious and will leave your guests raving about the catering, we have a wide range of dishes to suit everyone’s taste. Our desserts boast the creative flair and you will not be able to resist them. We have some incredible choices of desserts, it will be hard to choose which one or trio you will want to serve!

Buffet catering

Whether you’re feeding evening guests at your wedding or would prefer an informal buffet for your event, we have you covered! How about a panini bar or a handheld pizza? we can cater your buffet to include everything from burgers, hot dogs, cheeseboards or a selection of your favourite mini foods. Let’s get creative together!

BBQ & Outdoors

We provide standard and deluxe BBQ options but our most popular outdoors option is our succulent free-range hog/lambs. They are guaranteed to taste better than any other hog you have tried! Includes a fully trained member of staff to cook and carve the hog. Unlike most other hog roast companies we cook our hogs traditionally, over lump wood charcoal. The process takes longer but you end up with the most amazing taste. We only use the highest quality free range meat sourced from a local supplier that holds a Royal Warrant. Each roast includes delicious homemade applesauce made from locally sourced apples and fresh bread rolls. Like with all of our catering we try our best to supply local produce to ensure that you get the very best quality.

Pop Up Shacks

We provide custom built free-standing shack can be used for almost any event purpose. Great for any event and can be customised. The shack is made from a solid steel box frame and is cladded with sealed wood and has a corrugated roof. A perfect mobile event space hire solution!

We offer various bespoke catering packages available to hire along with the shack which includes but are not limited to:

  • Gourmet Burgers
  • Pulled Pork
  • Fish & Chips
  • Crepes
  • Hot Dogs
  • Cocktail and/or Draught Beer Bar
