Halloween Theme

Brief: To transform an existing marquee without modifying the structure or linings for a Halloween themed party.

What we did:

  • Installed a lighting rig in the ceiling and extra lighting effects in and around the structure of the set. Installed 4 sets of black furniture, 4 LED poseur tables and chairs.
  • Provided a photography disco package and video add-on.
  • Provided fun catering including a red dyed chocolate fountain.
  • Installed various props including a giant ribcage boned entranceway, grim reaper with a scythe, toe pincher coffin, giant pumpkins and hand-carved pumpkins, giant Halloween cauldrons. giant headstones and cobweb material.

  • Wow! This is the second time we have used Party Doctors, the first being for our Son's 18th birthday 3 years ago. They were great then, but now they are absolutely fantastic! We can not recommend them highly enough. This time we hired them for his 21st birthday and they did not disappoint. They're professional, uber efficient an no task is too big or small. They take your vision and make it into exactly what you are hoping for. They take all the stress out of organising what can be a stressful experience.
