Halloween Theme

Brief: To transform an existing marquee without modifying the structure or linings for a Halloween themed party.

What we did:

  • Installed a lighting rig in the ceiling and extra lighting effects in and around the structure of the set. Installed 4 sets of black furniture, 4 LED poseur tables and chairs.
  • Provided a photography disco package and video add-on.
  • Provided fun catering including a red dyed chocolate fountain.
  • Installed various props including a giant ribcage boned entranceway, grim reaper with a scythe, toe pincher coffin, giant pumpkins and hand-carved pumpkins, giant Halloween cauldrons. giant headstones and cobweb material.

  • Everybody had a wonderful time. All the staff , barmen (Adam had 2 'sex on the beaches' and was knocked out- he loved them!), tent people, hostesses, makeup lady, fireeaters were all perfect and so helpful and kind to the young people.
