Sports Hall Blackout

Brief: We were approached by a school to blackout their sports hall for an awards dinner.

What we did:

  • Installed a custom rig truss system to hold the linings due to the awkward ceiling layout and balcony.
  • Installed full pipe and drape around the venue.
  • Draped the ceiling using lightweight casement.
  • Provided low-level overhead lighting at the request of the client.
  • Carpeted the venue in the clients chosen colour.
  • Provided a cocktail bar setup complete with equipment and refrigeration.
