Brief: We were approached by a client to transform a school hall for a PTA annual charity fundraiser.

What we did:

  • Installed semi-permanent lining anchors around the hall that can be removed and reinstalled for future events.
  • Installed a temporary flying rig hung from the ceiling 9 metres up.
  • Lined hall using specialist one off ivory marquee linings.
  • Provided all the furniture and table dressing.
  • Provided a full Sound & Light setup to include gobo projections and wall lighting.
  • Provided a professional DJ along with star lit dance floor.
