Sports Hall Transformation

Brief: We were approached by a client to transform a school hall for a PTA annual charity fundraiser.

What we did:

  • Installed semi-permanent lining anchors around the hall that can be removed and reinstalled for future events.
  • Installed a temporary flying rig hung from the ceiling 9 metres up.
  • Lined hall using specialist one off ivory marquee linings.
  • Provided all the furniture and table dressing.
  • Provided a full Sound & Light setup to include gobo projections and wall lighting.
  • Provided a professional DJ along with star lit dance floor.

  • We used Party Doctors for our daughter's 21st .... so glad we did! From the first meeting with Raj to the execution of the event itself, everything was well organised and very professional.
