rief: To create a VIP nightclub themed party across three event spaces.

What we did:

Installed a marquee with three separate event spaces to host a cocktail bar area, nightclub area and a VIP area.
Provided fully stocked LED cocktail bars that were custom printed for this event.
Provided stage production which included a large custom built LED screen, pyrotechnics, professional stage lighting and a very powerful arena sound system.
Provided chill-out lounge furniture.
Provided various atmospheric lighting, a black LED dance floor and a DJ.

Our whole experience with Party Doctors has been amazing. Raj and his team are professional, experienced and thoughtful, with a flair for the creative as well as quietly focusing on the safety aspects of their events. All our guests complimented Party Doctors on their amazing services, including the doormen, caterers, bar, serving staff and DJ. The staff who set up and dismantled our marquee were polite, friendly and absolute gentlemen. Every aspect of organising and running our event was a pleasure, and we have high standards. We thought everything was so very well organised and professional, that you all undoubtedly helped towards making it a very successful and special evening. From the first point of contact, my first phone call with you to the final clearing away of the marquee, everything and everybody was just so professional and made it very stress free for us.
