Brief: To create an event space with a centre piece bar. The event was designed to suit all ages and house 180 guests.

What we did:

  • Built our award-winning cruciform marquee with clear roof sections and a clear marquee front
  • Designed an oval bar with a centre stage structure that held a real Soft Tail Harley Davidson motorcycle
  • Built an event stage complete with full PA for a themed live band
  • Provided customised event lighting with gobo projections
  • Provided custom themed table centres
  • Supplied full event catering and cocktail bar complete with flaring barmen
  • Installed a suspended level floor system over uneven ground
