Lucy's Midsummer's Night Dream 21st
Brief: Produce, from concept to execution a luxury Midsummer's Night Dream themed 21st including full table dressing, foliage props and many custom bespoke touches.
What we did:
- Providing a stunning 12m wide marquee structure, with beautiful vintage furniture and table dressing in-keeping with the event theme.
- Our print production department provided custom illuminated table centrepieces, table plans and place cards, themed appropriately for the event.
- We are very proud of our stunning Portable Floor Maker Barlok Revolution half-round bar which served spirits, wine, beer on tap and a selection of other beverages throughout the night.
- Our in-house caterer provided canapés during the drinks reception, as well as a 3 course sit down meal perfectly matched to the 21 year old guests.
- The entire event was staffed by our team. For a production of this scale we provided an event manager, lighting technician, sound technician, photographer, waiting and bar staff.
- We provided a comprehensive power generation plan including one of our state of the art super silent Stephill event specification generators. These units include remote monitoring for peace of mind.
- Our technical team utilised pre-visulisation software to program lighting to cut down desk operator time required on site. Visuals exported allowed the client to have a good idea of the finished illuminated look of the structure before we started work on site.
- We completed the marquee with a large stage equipped with an extremely capable lighting & sound rig along with full production support for the band, The Capricorns, which kept the guests on the dancefloor all evening.
By providing such a large range of services, our client was able to relax and enjoy a single point of contact for any concerns, queries or questions throughout the event process, from concept to execution and aftercare.
