White & Colour Extravaganza

Brief: Full event production for an 18th birthday with a summer white and colour extravaganza theme.

What we did:

  • Installed an ivory themed marquee with fairy light and pink lighting decor.
  • Dressed the marquee using coloured lanterns and coloured table centres.
  • Installed a large collection of outdoor rattan furniture and our cantilever parasols.
  • Installed a photo booth, disco, cocktail bar, chill- out area, pizza and panini bar, pick n mix stand and a cupcake table.
  • Provided entertainers including re-breathing and stilt walkers.

All the staff , barmen (Adam had 2 'sex on the beaches' and was knocked out- he loved them!), tent people, hostesses, makeup lady, fireeaters were all perfect and so helpful and kind to the young people.
